3. A transfer of your personal data to third parties is only

  • if the disclosure is required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR;

j) For information and revocation, as well as for notification of a request for deletion, please contact the data protection officer under the contact details listed in point 2, who will then provide the information without delay or confirm the execution of your request for cancellation.
